Developed by a team of project managers, site supervisors and home designers, BuilderFlow offers a simple, easy-to-use workflow management system for builders and developers.

BuilderFlow was created by a residential drafter, estimator, project manager and IT professional after experiencing the ongoing mis-management, confusion, mistakes and the associated financial losses building companies experienced. Current management systems available were either difficult to use, or not suitable for the building industry in general. It was evident that an easy-to-use CRM and workflow that could be used by everyone from trades to management, had to be created. 

BuilderFlow incorporates a powerful operating system, yet retains a very simple user interface that even the most computer-illiterate site supervisor can use. 


What does BuilderFlow do?

BuilderFlow is an organisation CRM and workflow system which allows your company to communicate and retrieve important information quickly, from the warehouse assistant, to the site supervisor, to office and management. Access to documents is through your own secure online filing system and accounting systems. However, you have the option of sharing your online folder links, and/or uploading only the important documents eg. latest plans, site reports, purchase orders, quotes and trade agreements. 
     
 * Leads: manage leads, details and ratings, while following a proven sales process;
* Sales/Design: manage job owner details, design stages and site reports, while following a proven project management process;
* Builds: manage builds with stage tracking;
* Purchase Orders: track the status of all purchase orders from issued to completion and flag any issues with deliveries;
* Trade Agreements: track trade agreements, quotes, flag install issues, track quote/invoice budgets, upload SWMS and inductions;
* Quotes/Estimates: track quotes and estimates and status updates;
* Preliminary Agreements: track Preliminary Agreements and status updates;
* Meetings: manage and record meetings;
